Vice presidential qualifications

Given the fact that the ordinary function of the vice president is to chair the US Senate, and that his extraordinary function is to assume the presidency in an emergency, I have a question. When are we going to get a vice presidential candidate whose key campaign themes are the fact that he knows Robert's Rules of Order inside and out, and that he sleeps lightly?
