The bird that never gave in
Reporters say they have tracked down Winston Churchill's parrot, which is still alive at the age of 104.
The bird is named Charlie, despite being female. She still knows how to curse like a statesman.

Well, there you have it. Churchill's family and Chartwell historians are saying the story is some sort of hoax.
No real surprise. Pity, though.
