I would never have thought that my view of Christians as a whole would be so eloquently expressed.
Everyone should go read this one comic. If you want to see the events that lead to that comic, begin here and work your way forward.
I will be giving the typical something positive disclaimer. The comic is not for the easily offended. Despite this, I think everyone I know should read at least the conclusion (the first one linked).

I was even going to trace back and see what they were really talking about, until I realized that I'd have to read about 20 of them. Anyways there were a couple of points which seemed to be made and I wasn't sure to which one you were agreeing. The main theme seemed to be the last topical quote by Fave stating that the biggest threat to christianity is christians but there seemed to be several other possible candidates. Such as a congregation letting doctrine slide rather than take a stand for their own beliefs, or the reverend disagreeing without having any proof to back it up. I thought they were all pretty valid and outline a couple of my complaints with church bodies (especially southern). And yes Paul the characters are rather distraut looking, but that's because it is neither anime nor porn :)
