SC Literary Frankenstein Monsters

Alright, down to business . . . To construct a Literary Frankenstein Monster, one must pick a human being, and find fictional characters that closely match the following: Their mode of thinking (Head), Their mode of feeling (Heart), Some general physical characteristics or mannerisms of theirs (Body), and a Defining Characteristic that they are well known for . . . Trust me, the result can be quite monstrous.

Below you will find the twisted constructs that result from extrapolating an even baker's dozen of the members of the Shadow Council.
